This looks fantastic! My fiance makes a similar dish but with shortcuts – pre-made sugar cookie dough for the crust and a vanilla cream cheese frosting. But he doesn’t take any shortcuts with the fruit! This is always a crowd pleaser, especially when he serves it in a pizza box that our neighborhood pizza place is always happy to give us!
